Shipping Policy:
Our goal is to process your order at ManeTane.com as quickly as possible. We strive to ship your order via USPS within 1 business day of receiving the order. From time to time, certain top selling items may be on temporary backorder due to unusually high purchasing volume. In these cases, we will endevour to ship your order in separate shipments as quickly as possible.
We use USPS for all shipments in the U.S. market. Our warehouse is located in Connecticut. Generally, USPS delivers packages within a range of 2 to 4 business days depending on a number of factors such as general volume, delivery location, verified address, etc.
We ship every package with delivery confirmation service. This includes a tracking number which will provide electronic proof of delivery once the USPS delivery has taken place. By placing an order with ManeTane.com, you are responsible for providing the correct delivery address for your order. By placing the order and providing the delivery address, you agree that once USPS has indicated delivery completion, that ManeTane.com has completed its obligation in full to deliver the order to you.
USPS service is superior to UPS for three reasons:
1. USPS delivers to Post Office and APO mailing addresses.
2. USPS delivers packages on Saturdays.
3. USPS delivers one day faster than UPS.
We do ship orders to Canada. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $9.95 per order. USPS does not provide delivery confirmation to Canada addresses. If you place an order on ManeTane.com and ship to Canada, you agree: ManeTane.com shall not be responsible for any delay related to Canada Customs Clearance, ManeTane.com shall not be responsible for final delivery to Canadian addresses, ManeTane.com will have proof of shipment (Customs Forms) which will complete ManeTane.com's delivery obligation. Any order that is returned from Canadian delivery due to an undeliverable address shall incur an additional $9.95 shipping fee to re-ship the order to the corrected address.
International orders. We do ship orders internationally. However, we have a very strict procedure to do so due to increased fraud risk. To place an international order, send an email to info@manetane.comand a representative will collect all of the necessary information from you to evaluate approval of order. ManeTane.com reserves the exclusive right of refusal on any international order, for any reason. Shipping fees will be provided at time of order approval, based on final destination.
